Day of Wedding Coordination
Day of Wedding Coordination is the perfect package for the couple who has planned their entire wedding but wants a professional to organize and personally oversee the many details that need to be addressed on the wedding day itself. This package includes:
- Meeting with you at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss your plans, timelines, vendors you have engaged and any special circumstances
- Contacting all vendors to confirm arrangements
- Attending your rehearsal to watch the flow and to spot any unattended details
- Being on-site for your set-up and deliveries
- Handling the logistics during your ceremony and your reception
- Providing a Bridal Emergency Kit
- Communicating with various members of your wedding party to keep everyone informed
- Troubleshooting any concerns that arise on the wedding day
- Staying at the reception as long as needed
- Tearing down and cleaning up after the reception is optional for an extra fee
