Day of Wedding Coordination

Day of Wedding Coordination is the perfect package for the couple who has planned their entire wedding but wants a professional to organize and personally oversee the many details that need to be addressed on the wedding day itself. This package includes:

  • Meeting with you at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding and again 2 weeks before to discuss your plans, timelines, vendors you have engaged and any special circumstances
  • Unlimited phone and email contact
  • Contacting all vendors to confirm arrangements. One week before the wedding I will become their main contact so that you are not bothered with any last minute issues
  • Creating a timeline for the wedding day
  • Attending your rehearsal to watch the flow and to spot any unattended details
  • Being on-site for your set-up and deliveries
  • Setting up the decorations
  • Keeping vendors on schedule that day
  • Photo session management
  • Handling the logistics during your ceremony and your reception
  • Providing a Bridal Emergency Kit
